Am I bound by a contract?

We work on the basis of clear terms and flexible packages. The details are agreed from the outset, with no hidden commitments.

Where does the money from bookings go?

For direct bookings, the money goes straight into your own bank account. For bookings made via platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), the payment process specific to each platform applies. In all cases, you receive a transparent monthly statement.

Do you only manage Airbnb properties?

No. We manage availability and bookings via Airbnb, Booking.com and other major channels, depending on the property and the agreed strategy.

Do you work with Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes. We provide Airbnb management services and support for Booking.com and other major OTAs, using a Channel Manager where necessary to ensure that availability and bookings are correctly synchronised.

Can I choose just some of the services?

Yes. You can choose a package or a bespoke plan with exactly the services you need.

Do you manage villas and hotels?

Yes. Accommodation management can range from an Airbnb flat and a villa to rooms to let and hotel units. The exact nature of the partnership is tailored to the needs of each business.

Do you arrange accommodation outside Zakynthos?
